    Lack of Professionalism. Go in and you can see owner and her son eating lunch in the cooking area, order was accepted and paid for, BUT not entered into the till, to avoid paying taxes onto your order and franchise fees. Got my chicken and looked dirty from dirty oil and fat which hadn't been cleaned from the grill. Hands not cleaned properly, no smiles or happy faces when taking or serving orders
